I don't think it exists! Everyone's perception of the world is based upon their own experiences, so each individuals 'truth' is different to another individual, with different experiences. "Weltanschauung" loosely translated means 'world view', and everyones 'truth' is inevitably based upon this. As you said the 'winners' write history, and it was studying history made me realise the problem with 'Truth'. Pontius Pilate knew about the problem when he said "what is truth"?
