Maxed Out Stress
By Susan Owen-Thursfield, July 29, 2009Ever had one of those days when you really need to get something done and then you do something completely different for no good reason?
I have just updated my blog to the latest wordpress version and it went almost smoothly (just two minor panics and one really major one!).
Anyway, NOW it seems one of my posts is “sticky” and I cannot find how to move it. My more recent posts are still on my blog – just not at the top of the page. Ahh! Guess I’ll not get on with anything constructive tomorrow either at this rate.
Any ideas – email me!
Cheers!

Oh Susan, bless you! These techie things should be so simple but often end up not being! I hope you manage to sort it out okay.
Enjoy the journey.

Hi Susan, sorry to hear of the hassle you’re having. I’m afraid that i’ve not got a clue how to help. Maybe ask on the forum as there are some techie’s on there that should be able to help you through it.

Mandy, Barry – thanks guys!
I never expected comments on such a post but believe me they are MUCH appreciated! I do not consider myself a “techie” – but I DO consider myself an “intelligent fudger”. I think I have got this issue about as “right” as I can easily get it. Not perfect. Not sorted. But as it only affects historical posts, which in any case appear in the “recent posts” section – and all the new posts seem to be fine – I’ll call it sorted!
80:20 rule. Success through failure. Overcome perfectionism. WOW I’m good at soundbites!
