Thousands of hours (and I am no longer counting)! Perseverance is what will pull it all together. The biggest temptation is to get excited by something else and to loose sight of the initial goal. I am watching many MC students perform like a race horse while I am galloping behind, and it's oh so tempting to try to race just a little faster :-) Thank you for a great post to keep me focused on the NOW!
