Your post is the story of my life!! I have learnt over the years that if I truly believe in something I only tell people and look for support from people that are like minded and often don't tell my friends, family etc. Currently I am in exactly the situation of my family and husband naysaying me about building a business online. I am ignoring them and still doing what I need to do in order for me to be successful because I know it will benefit people in the long term. It is hard to stay positive, however I am finding in communicating with like minded people online this is keeping me focused. Sometimes we just have to believe in ourselves and our own ability 100% and realise that people naysaying us are doing so because of their own insecurities. All we can do is acknowledge their insecurities, but do not give up on our dreams and goals because we will only end up resenting the naysayers if we do what they want us to do.
